I'm still in high school, but I want information on everything I can do to start preparing/training/whatever for that career.


And don't leave a lame answer like ';practice on friends'; lol

You can get a Manniquin at Sally's for somewhere around $45, and practice on the head..and pay attention to Chemistry, and anatomy, If you do any of that...That'll be a few classes on that, But Their really isn't much you can do to prepare, intill you get into Cosmetology School, which you have to have your GED or HS. Diploma before entering, because you learn everything(including anatomy and chemistry(Not like HS Classes, though.), before you go out on the floor for so many weeks.
