What should i tell my hair stylist?

How should i tell my hair stylist to cut it like this? like so it is thinner at the bottom than at the top. I looked this up and other people had said choppy layers, razored, and lots of short layers. are any of those right? thanks!





Also, i want my bangs to look like the girl in this picture. they already sorta look like this but how should i tell her to cute them like this?
