I'm not from India, i'm coming there soon, i'm stayng there more than one month, as usual, in my country i need colour hair every mounth, i've already been in Dalhi, but not so long time: the last time i didn't saw any woman hair stylist, this time i need it, there is some kind girl who can help me? well if your skin color is fair or say if your extra fair then black color would be best for you,and if your skin color is dark then too black suits.
