Hello!!!!!!!! Thanks for taking the time to read this question! I want my hair like this:

All and all, the blonde, streaks, bangs, scene style everything. I love it!! But everyone says there is like chopped layers around the back and sides and i reeeeeeeeally dont wanna cut my hair. Is there a way I could just tease it to make it look like that? Or do I have to get the layers cause i would do it.

this hair requires teasing but it really important to have the cut otherwise it wont look the same even the colors wouldn't look the same without the specific cut!I want my hair like Katie BabyFayce...? Any hair stylist help or anyone basically that has some hair talent!!?
You need layers, although for that hair they don't need to be very short layers, just lightly tease and hairspray and it should work.
