Hair stylist messed up my hair, should she charge me to fix?

well, its not horrible but not what I wanted.





I had highlights that I did not like so I brought in a wig with the hair color I wanted and it turned out WAYYY darker than the color I wanted. She said it should lighten after a week and my highlights will come through as a light brown color. Well, its only been 2-3 days and my hair is still WAY dark (almost black) and the highlights are coming through PURPLE!





If it doesn't lighten and highlights still look purple after a week, should she charge me to fix my hair and do I tip again? She told me if it didn't fade like she thought it would, to come back %26amp; she will fix it. Does that mean she will fix for free?Hair stylist messed up my hair, should she charge me to fix?

Well, you pay for what you want, not what you ';sorta want'; so if you're not liking it, definitely get it fixed.





Typically, fixing a color job is not charged, but you can always call the receptionist at the salon and ask what their policy is. I'd be shocked if you had to pay--salons want to keep their customers happy.
She should fix such a big mistake as this for free. You were very clear on what you wanted, and it appears she did not deliver. If she didn't think she'd be able to create the look you wanted, she should have told you that.

No. all hair stylist clearly state money back guarantee. They normally give your money back or make your next cut/color free. if they dont theres something seriously wrong. You pay them to do a good job on your hair, not mess it up when you could do it yourself. lol. hope i helped
actually she HAS TO FIX IT FOR FREE because it is in your consumer right that if service has being provided to you,but not done wight they have to redo it again for free if its not done you can actually sue em for this
if she messed up ur hair then trust me she will fix it and no don't tip again because she already messed it up!!!!! If you do end up having to fix it then never go back to that place again or at least don't have her do ur hair
no. unless you told her to do what she did and it doesnt look good, thats not her fault. but if she didnt do what she was asked to, get your money back.

she should fix it for free, but give it 2 weeks before contacting her, don't freak out if its only been 2-3 days.
